“I started my Phase 1 Decision free weight loss journey with HMR in February of 2020. At the time, I was an extremely unheatlhy 34 year old man. After years of abusing my body and avoiding the scale, I got tired of being so uncomfortable and finally got the courage to go to a HMR class with my mother who has had great success with the program. To my horror, my coach Jina in Natick informed me that at 5'6 I weighed in at 388.8 LBS. My blood work came back to show that my body was essentially failing. "Prior to joining HMR I had struggled with my weight from an early age.
