HMR Weight Management Program

Losing weight and improving your quality of life can be a challenge. However, when you join our quality weight loss program you will be able to lose weight and gain the lifestyle skills to keep it off long term. Offered in a prestigious medical facility, the HMR in-clinic weight loss program is the most respected and effective system in the country.


Phase 1

Our scientifically based data driven program promotes maximum weight loss and better health. It consists of weekly lifestyle education classes, one-on-one nutritional coaching, and medical supervision (if applicable). We have the following diet options:

  • Decision-Free Diet - Ideal for those who need to lose 30 pounds or more, or for those who require medical supervision. This low or very low-calorie diet promotes rapid and substantial weight loss. The average weight loss for patients is 50 to 60 pounds.
  • Healthy Solutions Diet - This moderate diet allows people to use vegetables and fruits in addition to our portion-controlled meal replacements. It is offered with or without medical supervision. The average weight loss is 35 to 40 pounds.

Phase 2

After the weight loss phase, participants transition into our phase 2 program. During this stage, you attend weekly classes where you continue to practice the necessary strategies for successful long term weight management. Participants will also continue to receive individual lifestyle coaching and support.

HMR at Home Program

The HMR at Home® Program allows you to lose weight on your own using HMR's highly effective scientifically proven weight loss approach. We provide you with complete diet kits that include support materials and meal replacements that help you get a quick start in your weight loss journey.

    Phase 1: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. No Class 5-20-19

  • Tuesday:
    Phase 2: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

  • Wednesday:
    Phase 1: 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
    Phase 2: 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

  • Thursday:
    Phase 1: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. 
    Phase 2: 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

  • Friday:
    Phase 2: 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
