HMR Meal Replacments

While participating in the HMR Program, you can choose a wide variety of portion controlled, calorie controlled, and nutrient dense meal replacements. In addition to helping you lose weight they taste great too! It doesn't matter if you're in the mood for a creamy shake or appetizing entree, we have you covered.

HMR Shakes

Satisfy your hunger without consuming all the calories by drinking one of our high protein shakes. We have many options available, including:

  • HMR 500 - This is the original HMR Shake which can be easily whipped up into a thick, tasty shake at home, the office, or almost anywhere. Like our other beverage options, it is available in vanilla and chocolate. Each packet contains 100 
  • HMR 70 Plus Shake - A meal replacement that makes a lactose-free shake. It is also a decadent pudding that is available in vanilla and chocolate. Each packet contains 110 calories.
  • HMR 800 Shake - One of our creamiest shakes! For just a few extra calories, HMR 800 blends into a rich, creamy shake with extra protein. It is available in vanilla and chocolate, and each packet contains 160 to 170 calories.
  • HMR 120 Shake - Available in vanilla and chocolate, this shake is the highest in vitamins and minerals. It can also be prepared as a yum-inspiring fruit smoothie. Each packet contains 120 calories.

HMR CEREAL

As an alternative option for breakfast or snack our high protein hot multigrain cereal is a crowd pleaser!!
